Andre Barsanti is a Financial Operations Administrator with 10 years of professional experience across private equity and financial services. In his role at Rothschild, Andre manages client and investor relations, oversees money movement and account activity, generates detailed revenue reports, and maintains documentation across insurance policies and investment paperwork. He also provides life insurance consultation and notarization services and acts as a liaison between clients and their broader network of bankers, attorneys, money managers, and CPAs. Andre holds a Life Insurance Producer license, a Notary Public commission, and passed the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials exam in 2025.
Andre began his career at GTCR, LLC, a leading Chicago-based private equity firm, where he spent more than six years providing executive-level administrative support across all departments. He went on to serve as head of business operations at Schmidt Financial Group, a boutique financial planning and life insurance advisory firm, where he oversaw client relations, account management, and financial reporting for more than four years before joining Rothschild. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Eastern Illinois University, a project management certification from the University of Chicago Graham School, and a leadership and management certification from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business.
Andre is a volunteer lector for the Chicago Archdiocese, and has a passion for 17th, 18th, and 19th century books and oil paintings.
