Jessica Bottalla is the Director of Human Resources at Rothschild Wealth Partners, where she sits on the leadership team and partners directly with the executive committee to shape the firm’s people strategy. Her role spans the full scope of human capital management, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and organizational culture. She completed the Executive Coaching Program at Northwestern University, reflecting her deep commitment to developing people at every level of an organization.
Jessica brings over 20 years of HR experience across capital markets, financial services, technology, and M&A. She has spent much of her career as a trusted partner to C-suite leaders navigating rapid growth and transformation, helping organizations build the infrastructure and culture needed to scale thoughtfully. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Governors State University.
Outside of work, she loves traveling with her husband and two daughters. Together, they enjoy skiing in the winter and spending time on the water in Wisconsin and Florida, when the seasons change.
