Luke is a Managing Director at Rothschild and oversees the firm’s Retirement Plan Consulting Practice. 

Since joining Rothschild in 2004, Luke has focused on helping employers and committees better understand and comply with their fiduciary responsibilities through a well-defined process. He is dedicated to supporting plan sponsors and individual participants, offering tailored guidance to meet their unique needs.  

Under Luke’s leadership, Rothshild’s Retirement Plan Consulting Practice now manages over 150 retirement plans, representing over $1.8 billion in assets. The firm specializes in plan- and participant-level services, emphasizing one-on-one interactions with participants to help them achieve their retirement goals. 

Luke has authored several whitepapers on industry topics, including the DOL’s 408(b)(2) and 404(a)(5) fee disclosure regulations, distinguishing different retirement plan fiduciaries, utilizing ETFs in retirement plans, and fiduciary liability insurance. He has also collaborated with the Chicago Bar Association to develop continuing legal education (CLE) materials on corporate retirement plans. 

Luke earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and a Juris Doctor from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®. 

Luke resides in the suburbs of Chicago with his wife and children.
