Madison Bricco is a Finance Analyst responsible for maintaining financial records and general ledger accounts, preparing journal entries, and supporting month-end close. Her work also includes commission tracking, calculations, and account reconciliations — the kind of behind-the-scenes detail work that keeps the firm running smoothly.
Madison is early in her career and brings a fresh, detail-oriented perspective to the role. In the next few years, she hopes to build a strong foundation in her field, develop more technical and analytical skills, and take on increasing responsibility within her role. Prior to joining Rothschild, she interned at Dealer eProcess, where she supported the accounting team with month-end close and day-to-day operations. Madison earned a double major in Finance and Accounting from the University of St. Francis.
When she is not in the office, Madison enjoys traveling and exploring new places. She stays active outdoors through golf and time on the water with friends and family.
