Nicole Kandl is a Senior Wealth Associate supporting advisors in delivering financial planning and insurance solutions to clients. Her work spans client relationship management and portfolio servicing, with a specialized focus on life insurance and fixed indexed annuities. Nicole holds a Life and Health Insurance License.
Nicole began her professional career at Coyote Logistics in 2014 before transitioning into financial services in 2018, when she joined Bussenger Financial Group as a licensed insurance agent and client services manager. When Bussenger Financial Group merged with Rothschild in 2026, she joined the team as a Senior Wealth Associate. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.
Nicole’s connection to wealth management runs deep. Her parents owned and operated a wealth management firm for 28 years, giving her a formative exposure to the industry from an early age. That background, paired with a natural affinity for numbers and a genuine desire to help people, drew her to a career where she can do both.
Outside of the office, Nicole stays busy at home with her husband, three young children and their yellow lab. The family enjoys spending time outdoors, whether poolside, out on the water, or staying active together.
