With over 20 years of executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience, Vaughn Moore serves on the board of Rothschild Wealth Partners. As Chairman and CEO of AIT Worldwide Logistics, Vaughn has overseen the company’s global strategy and expansion, leading its evolution into a top-tier logistics provider with a reputation for excellence and innovation.
His career spans three decades in business management, with prior leadership roles at Eagle Global Logistics. Vaughn holds a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Recognized for his vision and impact, Vaughn has received numerous accolades, including Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (2023), Crain’s Chicago Business Who’s Who (2024, 2025), and the Distinguished Alumni Award from UNC.
Aside from his professional responsibilities, Vaughn is an active philanthropist and recipient of the American Cancer Society’s St. George Award for top philanthropic leadership. He’s a passionate supporter of the North Carolina Tar Heels, enjoys golf and other sports, and is committed to lifelong learning and giving back to the communities he serves.
