Reports to: Director of Operations

Location: Oak Brook, Illinois
Hours: Full-Time
- Customer Care:
- Maintain the highest levels of customer service with a friendly and cooperative attitude.
- Provide backup reception services, including answering and directing multi-line phones and responding to customer inquiries.
- Mailroom Services:
- Manage the scanning, sorting, and delivery of mail and packages to appropriate personnel.
- Handle time-sensitive materials, including confidential and urgent packages.
- Inventory Management:
- Order supplies and maintain inventory to ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Adhere to business procedure guidelines and safety protocols.
- Collaboration:
- Demonstrate flexibility in meeting customer demands in a high-volume environment.
- Take directions from supervisors and participate in cross-training as needed.
- Perform other tasks assigned, including client onboarding support and basic bookkeeping duties.
- Experience: Background in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and demeanor, representing the company positively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in a Windows environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Competency in performing multiple functional tasks with a flexible approach.
- Reliability: Commitment to meeting the employer’s attendance policy.
- Bonus Skills: Basic bookkeeping experience is a plus.
