Catherine Cummings has joined Rothschild Wealth Partners as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing over 25 years of knowledge in human capital management and a proven track record of driving organizational success and transformation.
Catherine’s distinguished career has been marked by her leadership roles in diverse settings. She has served as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at Elementum Advisors, where she led HR, technology, and administrative functions. She also founded SparkWorks Talent Strategies, focusing on building high-performance teams for private equity and venture capital-backed companies. Her extensive experience includes key roles such as Head of Human Resources at IMC Financial Markets and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
Catherine comes with a wide-ranging academic background. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a Master’s in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
