María José Brown is a Client Service Executive supporting the Corporate Retirement Plan Consulting practice. With a focus on high-touch client interactions, she facilitates a seamless onboarding process and ongoing service experience for retirement plan participants. A native Spanish speaker, María José provides a critical layer of translation support, enhancing communication for a growing and diverse client base.
Before transitioning into financial services, María José spent 8 years as a designer, bringing a keen eye for detail and client engagement to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design from Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM) and has earned additional certifications from the University of the Arts London.
Outside of work, María José is an amateur photographer and art enthusiast. She enjoys traveling, golfing, and getting lost in a good book.
